Our Telesales team is located at our Benelux headquarters in Tiel (The Netherlands) and consists currently of 8 team members, divided over the product divisions Laboratory solutions and Industrial weighing. Every team member has its own set of customers within a certain area (county and sector) and has an individual yearly sales target. To follow up your leads and to complete your sales opportunities, you can make use of several communication tools: phone, e-mail, chat and webex. It will be your daily challenge to resolve customer's technical questions and issues with a suitable technical solution and sales offer.

About the job:

In the position of accountmanager inside sales you will be selling our products of in the francophone part of Belgium, specifically for the division of Laboratory solutions. You will do that through the follow up of sales leads, which will we be generated for you by different marketing channels. Thereafter, you will make the actual sales proposal and, last but not least, it will also be your job to complete the order.


  • Vocational education/degree and an interest for technical products or products in the field of chemistry/chemical/laboratory environments;
  • You are able to communicate effectively in French and English;
  • Basic understanding of Dutch or willing to learn the language;
  • A minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably within a B2B environment;
  • You are goal oriented, have sales skills and are communicative;
  • You are available for a minimum of 32 working hours per week.
