Visual Merchandising Coordinator Outlets Vacature bij Karl Lagerfeld Amsterdam Centrum Vacatures Detail:

The VM Coordinator Outlets will be based in our HQ in Amsterdam and will report directly to the Global VM Manager. The VMC will monitor, drive and contribute to the development of the European Karl Lagerfeld outlet business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, influence and maintain the evolution of VM & product presentation, ensuring to deliver and meet Brand and Factory Outlet creative & business expectations
  • Coordinate & develop in alignment with VM Manager the VM direction across all Outlet stores through providing the inspiration, guidance and feedback to deliver the right consumer experience within the right environment.
  • Developing with VM Manager & teams the Factory Outlet guidelines, seasonal & permanent
  • Coordinate the delivery of the seasonal VM Guidelines by working closely with country VM & store Teams, Merchandising and Graphic Designers to provide all relevant content and direction.
  • Build a strong working relationship with regional VM teams & stores through good collaboration, consistent communication and team motivation.
  • Build a strong working relationship with the Amsterdam Outlet departments to deliver and meet VM expectations and drive the Outlet business strategy.
  • Deliver regular country and store visits alongside relevant departments to align seasonal brand and Outlet vision.
  • Develop VM Training workshops together with regional Area Manager across each country depending on their specific needs.
  • Work alongside Area Managers to support/Lead new or refitted store openings.
  • Work alongside VM Creative to align Full Price window concepts and support the development of Outlet window concepts
  • Work alongside the Marketing department to ensure all seasonal POS is delivered to meet the Outlet needs.
  • Work alongside the Outlet Merchandising team to influence/support seasonal assortments.
  • Work alongside Store Development to influence and identify concept needs & evolution and option count/capacities.
  • Work alongside Store Development to influence new store layouts and Opening Packs together with VM Manager
  • Participate in department and team projects as needed from both VM & Windows within the VM team
  • Close Monitoring of the performance money mapping of outlet stores to develop together VM & sales/retail team’s ad hoc actions
  • Ensure effective communication between Outlet stores and Karl Lagerfeld head office departments.
PROFILE

  • Bachelor degree
  • 2/3 years experiences of Retail/Factory Outlets VM coordination, preferably in a mature retail environment where operations and performances are monitored by processes;
  • High affinity and understanding of the Retail visual merchandising fashion industry and relationship with Factory Outlet experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the country/regions specifics (Culture, Customer behaviours, Retail path, key Outlet locations);
  • Strong organizational skills, enthusiastic, with a creative and open mind set
  • Excellent Adobe & Windows Office skills
  • Fluent in English, additional languages such as French or German are a plus;
  • International scope of work with ability to travel on a regular basis.
