IDEXX is a diagnostics devices specialist with veterinary products sold in 175 countries.
For the European operations of our successful and growing company, we are looking for a Customer Master File Specialist working in Hoofddorp, the Netherlands. On a day to day basis this involves creating, maintaining and deleting customer information in our centralized system. With your accuracy and specific IT skills you are a great asset to our team. In short, a position within IDEXX in which you indirectly improve the well-being and health of animals.
What you’ll do
Day to day, you will be responsible for processing and managing all customer information within EMEA, but also helps outside of EMEA. On a day to day basis this involves creating, maintaining and deleting customer information in our centralized system; but also, it involves analyzing data in a critical way to ensure compliance with international regulations and IDEXX policies. Because the team handles all the customer data, the Customer Master File team collaborates with several departments within IDEXX, including customer service, sales, marketing, field technicians and all the other finance teams.
