Cerner Multum, Inc., a division of Cerner Corporation, offers an innovative set of pharmaceutical related e-Health products to the hospital, employer and consumer marketplace. Cerner Multum Inc. is an entrepreneurial enterprise within an established clinical software company, located in central Denver, Colorado. The solutions and databases created by Multum are central to many clinical decision support systems, electronic health records, and integrated healthcare support systems currently in use by multiple acute care and home care providers. As a Licensed Pharmacy Researcher you will work extensively with the Belgium APB and Besco drug databases, research and design performance improvement and clinical decision support content for professionals and consumer audiences, and test clinical content through a suite of data entry utilities and applications. Responsibilities: Works with third-party drug content providers to incorporate Belgian APB and Besco drug content into clinical decision support applications. Participates in reviewing and mapping of Belgian APB and Besco databases to the Cerner Multum Universal Drug Database. Reviews and interprets Belgian APB and Besco databases into Cerner Millennium format. Builds additional clinical data elements needed in Cerner Millennium but not included in APB and Besco drug databases. Provides clinical review of drug content, including drug names, clinical terms and abbreviations. Performs pre-release certification by installing into internal domains. Drives issue investigation between clients and across multiple Cerner teams. Drives issue resolution between APB and Besco drug databases and multiple Cerner teams. Basic Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional writing, proofreading and editing skills. Ability to interpret and analyze medical literature to create clinical content Proficiency with Microsoft applications. Fluent in Dutch and English Pharmacy graduate with active Pharmacist license. At least 2 years of work experience as a Pharmacist in Belgium (candidates with experience in the Netherlands market will also be considered) Willingness to relocate to The Hague. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of the APB and Besco drug databases. Experience with query languages, such as SQL.
