Are you the international customer service talent that we are looking for? Do you speak fluent German, French or Spanish and do you also have a good command of the English language? Would you like to work within an inspiring environment in which you are trained and coached? In that case we are looking for you!
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering, as well as processing, questions by phone, email or chat from a diverse group of international clients. You will provide service to customers speaking your language. We aim to approach customers in the most personal and professional way possible. Therefore we expect you to be fluent at speaking and writing at least one of these languages: German, French or Spanish.
What will your days look like?
- you will receive calls, emails and chats from customers from a great variety of organisations
- you will be responsible for answering and processing questions and responses
- in addition, you will be responsible for administrative follow ups aimed at clients
We are looking for a colleague who:
- speaks fluent German, French or Spanish
- is available at least 20 hours per week
- is available at least 1 morning-, 1 afternoon- and 1 evening-shift
- accepts to work on a Saturday once a month;

We offer an employment contract of 20 to 40 hours per week with flexible working hours. Your personal preferences are important to us. Based on your preferences we will figure out a schedule that suits your needs, including the evenings and saturdays. If you have travel expenses, you will receive a contribution. Our office is centrally located, next to the train station of Amersfoort.
