In this role, you have the opportunity to

as Supply Chain Customer Collaboration Manager is to improve our Customer Service Levels towards our customers in our 17 markets. You do this by being a business partner for our markets and collaborate with international key customers like Amazon, MediaMarkt, Tesco, Carrefour, etc. Our Customer Service Levels aim to optimize the product availability of our customers in order to optimize our sales. You develop a strategy for the accounts you are responsible for and will be leading projects and initiatives to drive process improvements & operational effectiveness to improve the performance and relationship with our customers.

You are responsible for

Main responsibility is to ensure Commercial Organizations (CO) are supported in their challenge to improve their operation performance with their customers. By implementation and creation of a framework for our key accounts and customers in the markets.
Ensure knowledge sharing and -transfer and help the CO's to identify and implement improvements within their customer relation
Develop process improvements in collaboration with CO’s and Customers
Be process expert for CO’s within the area of customer collaboration.
Act as main liaison for other departments (e.g. International Customer Management, BG’s and enabling functions) and CO’s for Customer related topics
Develop and implement strategy for your accounts to improve the collaboration
Project Management to review achievements vs. plan and take out speed bumps
Ensure follow up and focus on KPI's in line with our commitments
You are a part of

As part of the Customer Collaboration team, you represent the On Shelve Availability program. You will report to the Director Customer Collaboration. The Customer Collaboration team is part of the Global Commercial Supply Chain Supply or Personal Health

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

2 to 4 years of experience in a customer facing work within a commercial or supply chain role in a fast-paced commercial environment
MSc Degree in Business, Economics, Logistic, Business Engineering or similar area
A working knowledge of innovative routes to market
SAP (ERP) & planning experience
Excellent analytical skills
Strong communication and project management skills
Results oriented, self-starter with strong influencing skills and an ability to create enrollment by inspiring teams across boundaries
Ability to communicate with management and provide clear and structured management reporting
