Their solutions are there to innovate, disrupt and enhance both the companies and client experience delivering better service, reduce costs and increased efficiencies. Spread across 5 countries and with a strong financial PE backing they are looking to continue their international expansion.
As part of its ongoing business growth and development strategy they are now investing in key countries around the world and is seeking to appoint a Business Development Manager for Benelux region to generate high value sales to independent hotel clients.
Reporting to the Director for Benelux this role is responsible for the full sales life cycle, this is a hands-on role that will include the identification, qualification and maximisation of new business opportunities, leading to the negotiation of business solution sales at all levels in the defined territories. This is an outstanding opportunity to make a significant contribution within an established organisation, where consistently strong performance is well rewarded.
To provide the best possible service to our customers the ideal candidate should have a sound working knowledge of Hotel PMS, distribution or PoS systems as well as have the desire to progress in to a management / leadership role.
Responsibilities: Business Development Manager - Benelux
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide accurate sales forecasting information to the business
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our target clients and groups
- Understand and articulate the value proposition of our solutions
- Taking leads and marketing to drive business
- Attending Trade shows
- Be highly proactive and search our opportunities to develop business
- Disseminate product information and return on investment to prospects
- Increase the profile of the business continuously
- Maintaining and updating sensitive customer data
- Follow internal security and data handling procedures
What will you need for: Business Development Manager - Benelux
- Experience selling hospitality software solutions ideally PMS
- Proven new business experience
- Desire and ability to grow in to a regional manager position
