Manager Hospitality Operations Vacature bij Rotterdam School Management Rotterdam Vacatures Detail:
The Manager Hospitality & Operations reports to the Executive Director Operations, supervises the Office Managers (Dean’s Office) Manager Catering, Manager Facilities and Manager Reception Desk.
He/she assists the Executive Director Operations in delivering services within the Dean’s Office and Facilities departments. In addition, he/she works closely with Security services, as well as diverse school departments when needed, and is responsible for performing annual assessments and coaching for direct reports.
Aim of the job
As Manager Hospitality & Operations, you are responsible for optimising the daily operations in hospitality, facility and administrative functions. You will oversee hospitality, facility and administrative functions and will develop and implement hospitality & operational policies and procedures for administrative processes. You are responsible of optimally organizing, planning and coordinating the use of RSM facilities, which include the Bayle Building and accommodation offered by our Housing partner(s). Facilities include the reception desk, lecture rooms, staff offices, security, cleaning and catering.
- Bachelor degree, preferably Hospitality/Facility Management
- At least five years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an international environment with professional customers/guests
- Experience with MS Office; other software knowledge are a plus
- Several years of experience in managing staff
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally) and customer friendly in English and Dutch
- Strong customer service-orientation

The hiring range for this specific position is between €4.200 – €4.800 (scale 16) this is based on a fulltime employment. Ranking will be based on education and working experience. RSM offers excellent secondary benefits with amongst others a fully paid pension by the RSM.
